License without PayPal
-
hello,
-
how can I purchase Fredo Corner without PayPal?
-
I have various licenses (S4U, ClothWorks ...) but they are not listed here?
Why is that? -
unfortunately I have more often problems with licenses that forget me and then always wrote by eMail, sent the proof of purchase etc. to activate the license again. But that unfortunately sometimes took a few days and I would like to avoid that. What can I do there?
Thanks!

You can't at the moment

Why is that?S4U has nothing to do with our licensing system. Any issues with those plugins should be dealt with through S4U

Be more efficient releasing seats. Each license an author typically allows 3 seats. Users can easily release and validate seats on their end.

what is a seat? And how can that avoid license problems?
I am working on two computers – one in my office and one when I am traveling. Both have the identical installation of plugins. The plugins are licensensed on either of them.Thank you.

Of course, we are currently migrating our PayPal to a newer API which paying via card much easier.

Clothworks using the same licensing system as Fredo. What do you see if you visit...
https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
...can you see all license files you purchased including Clothworks?@togo said:

A seat is a device. So every license allows you to install the extension on 3 devices. If you want to move to a 4th device you need to release a seat on an existing device. If you lose access to a device then you run into issues.

I am working on two computers – one in my office and one when I am traveling. Both have the identical installation of plugins. The plugins are licensensed on either of them.So you have 2 of 3 seats used. As for license problems I can't advise as it's still too vague to understand.
But the standard procedure for any license issues is to make sure SketchUcation Tools is the latest version. And that your extensions are the latest versions.
This guide explains in more details the working of the SCF License system....

...can you see all license files you purchased including Clothworks?I see the headline: "Your Licenses:" underneath: "if you purchased you license just now ..." and the table: "ID / PlugIn / License Type / Duration ..." and all is blank. I am logged in.
Thank you for the explanation!

which I still don't understand:
I don't think Clothworks is compatible with out My Licenses checker yet. I'll poke Anton and see if he will update it so it is included. But Fredo's stuff and my Pie for SketchUp are.
So if you purchase and validate a license for any of Fredo's stuff it will show up.
