      Hello all,
Since a few days I can't update extensions or install new extensions from Sketchucation.
I get "UnZIPP error, could not unzip archive" every time I try.
Anyone knows what to do about it?

First update to the current version of the Sketchucation Extension Store tool. Click on Resources at the top of this page and then the first link under that. Download the extension and install it with Extension Manager. Then shut down and restart SketchUp. Clear your browser caches before restarting SketchUp.

Please update your profile here. It indicates you are still using SketchUp 8.

Try clearing the web-browser cache for Internet-Explorer - that is used for some legacy dialogs in ExtensionStore³.
The PluginStore was recently migrated to a new server, and your cached data might be looking at the old site and getting confused when trying to auto-install extensions…

Can you download the RBZ from the PluginStore directly, then install it manually ??

Incidentally, Fredo did have some issues with recently updated RBZs, but as far as I know this is all fixed - several days ago…

Cannot get it right. If I install via Sketchucation Extension Store to the AppData/Roaming folder, I get the unzip error. However, if I install to the ProgramData folder, even though the error window pops up, the tool gets installed and its fully functional but only for the current session (next time i open Sketchup, the tool is gone). If I try to install from the downloaded RBZ, I get another error warning and no tool.

Cleared IE cache and restarted SKP several times. First time I have to deal with a situation like this. Hope you guys can advise any further.

            Using Sketchup 2019.
