Shortcuts do not work

Dear friends of sketchup,
may be you can give me support:
from one day to the next my shortcuts do not work.
The sketchup version is -2021 pro- on windows 64 bit on ASUS notebook.
That means, the arrow keys do not fix the rotation plane to create a circle or similar
and in the value box I can not define the nummber of segments.
After installation this works, but today not and I have no idea to make it work ?
Do you have a solution ?

Does your Asus have a FN key that hijacks the arrow keys to do something like PGUP or PGDN etc?

I had an issue in the past with a laptop with no numeric pad that added extra functions via a FN key. It messed up some default SketchUp shortcuts. It did not affect the axis locking with the arrow keys though.

I was unable to cycles through Scenes with PGUP or PGDN.

Is it only the cursor keys that don't work or is it all shortcuts? Does P activate Push/Pull, Space Bar the Select tool? M the Move tool?

As far as this one goes, you know that could can type the number of segments for a circle or polygon, right?

Die M und P - Tasten funktionieren,
Ich kann derzeit die Anzahl der Segmente nur umständlich über "Elementinformationen"
nachträglich ändern.
Es kann sein, dass ich unbeabsichtigt auf die Fn Taste gedrückt habe.
Ein weiteres drücken hat an dem Problem aber nichts geändert??

Yes, my laptop has an Fn key, The M and P buttons work, I can currently only estimate the number of segments awkwardly via "Element Information" change later.

Liebe sketchup Freunde,
ich habe die Lösung nun selber gefunden.
Es lag an der Einstellung der Fn - Taste vom ASUS - laptop.
Unbeabsichtigt hatte ich die Umschalt-Taste (Caps Lock) und die Fn - Taste gleichzeitig gedrückt.
Danach konnte ich die Anzahl der Segmente (z.B. für Kreis) in der Werte - Box nicht mehr einstellen.
Inzwischen habe ich die Umschalt - Taste und die Fn - Taste nochmals gedrückt und > nun gehts wieder.
Evtl. hilft diese Info auch anderen ?
