Push pull tool does not work with the measurement input

Hello All

When I pull up a surface with the pushpull tool and enter the distance on the keyboard and confirm with Enter, it does not accept the command.

This only happens on the desktop computer. It works fine on the laptop.

Does anyone know this problem? I am pretty clueless here.

I have reinstalled the programme (without uninstalling complete) and have also installed it with the Repair function.

I am working with Sketchup 2021 Pro (Current version) on Windows 10.

Never click on the measurement box to then enter a value.
Just use PushPull to extrude in the desired direction, and immediately type the value required + enter and it should work ?
VCB input in all tools works the same...
Can you get it to work in other tools like Line ?

yes, I know that.
but ENTER does not work.

Have you tried turning the num lock off?

When you type the dimension does it appear in the VCB ?

Is it just 'enter' that's not working ?

If you have a number-pad to the side of your main key-board, then there are two enter-keys available to you...

Do they both not work ?

Does the 'enter' key work with other inputs like line length ?
Or is your 'enter' key fubar ?

The enter key works.
I can draw a line, enter the measurement and confirm with enter. works perfectly.

Only the push pull tool no longer works with enter.
