Installing SUcation - Extension Store V4.1.0

I'm using SU Pro 21.1. I download V4.1.0 and it says it'll open in SU. I go to Preferences and it does not appear. I go to Extensions Manager and it does not appear. What am I not doing correctly? Thanks

Where does it say that?
To install any extension downloaded to your computer as a .rbz file, go to Extension Manager, which is found at the top of the Extensions menu in 2021.1 and click the Install Extension button. Then navigate to where you saved the file, select it, and choose Open.

When you click on a link to Download an extension, do that - download it as an RBZ file onto your computer.
When it's downloaded use the Extension Manager within SketchUp to install its contents for you - as Dave explained.
Do not try to open the RBZ file with SketchUp - that will not work: it must be installed, NOT opened.
