Doing a fresh install seem to have fixed the issue. Thanks.

Hello All
about 2 weeks ago my old faithful notebook broke down and all attempts to reanimate it failed. Now, finally I sit in front of a new machine and try to reconstruct my entire so far "SkUp world" .One component of this world has been Clothworks from which I cannot reconstruct any informations. I can't even figure out how or where I bought the license or how this purchase would work now.
If someone helps me here I might be able to reconstruct the purchase via PayPal at least, hopefully!
I'd be happy if someone could give me some guidance -
@HornOxx I sent you a private message regarding this.

Ahmed0007,
This error could be showing up due to the seats being filled up. I reset your license from the server side. Please refer to Licensing Manual, Known Issue section, starting from #2 to reset your license from your side.
We apologize for the inconvenience!

Hi,
I was wondering if license files are sent manually? I bought a copy like 2 hours ago and only got a paypal confirmation mail but no mail containing my license file. Should I wait a little longer or is it nescessary to contact support?
Best

License files are sent automatically at time of purchase. Sometimes some over sensitive spam filters put the mail into the Spam / Junk folder. So please first check your spam folder and if you can not find it there contact Anton_S (the author) or me for a copy of your license.

Hi,
I already checked my junk folder but I didn't receive anything since purchasing the license. Since it seems I can't send you private messages on this board I fired a mail to the support address.

@wordsongoku We sent you an email with your license file attached.

What is the best grid to start with for an irregular flag that hangs from the top. The manual and tutorials still reference smart and simple grids. I watched the one on adaptive grids and that is where I am starting from. This is a great plug in, but I am hoping for an update to the manual and tutorials to match the current grid styles soon!
v1.5.2 full license

Hi. Yes, adaptive grid is the best for irregular shapes. I am currently rewriting the tutorials to match the new functionality.

This looks like an interesting plugin, but I don’t see a price stated anywhere... am I missing something or is this something that shows up after downloading it? I’m not a premium member is that why I’m not seeing a price?
-
Once you download the plugin, it will work without license but with limited features. Licensing unlocks all the features. The cost of a license is 10 USD for premium and 15 USD for standard members. When you access the (Menu) Extension->ClothWorks->License menu and click on Obtain License... button, this should redirect you to a web-page showing the prices and purchase portal.

Thank you for the reply.

Hello Anton,
thank you for this very useful plugin.
I am a set designer and often it would be neat to add cables to props and into the sets.
The plugin's ability to drape lines over objects made me try create cable additions and while it is very promising, there could be a couple of additions made to the tool that would make it even more effective.
Pins for example could have an "Ease-in/out" switch, which would make the cables exit and enter the plugs at the ends of the cable more naturally.
Another great addition to pin functionalty, which I suspect is much harder to add would be a rotation gizmo in addition to the move and scale gizmo. This would make it literally possible to "plug" a power cord from the device into the wall or wherever, even if they are not opposite of each other. That would be amazing in my opinion!
Again, thank you for your contribution, the plugin is amazing as is and I hope you will make it even better.
Cheers!

Hello swissmountain,
Thank you for your suggestions. The rotatable gizmo is something that I already added and this is yet to be released. Stay tuned!
Thanks,
Anton -
Sweet! Looking forward to it : )
