Layout 18.0.16975 64-bit.

It doesn't, by the way, appear in the list of checked/unchecked items for the tray in which it appears. So I can't just uncheck it to make it go away.

I sent an e-mail off to someone on the LO team to see if they have any suggestions. I'll report back when I hear something. In the meantime, perhaps you could update your profile?
