Hi everybody :
How much is Sketchup for Windows 64-bit ? I'm planning on upgrading my System.......probably to Windows 10. Thanks. garystan -
$695 for 2018 pro
Free for 2017 make -
Then there is the SketchUp Shop (online only) variant with commercial licence. After all the hoo-haa I'm not finding a link to it on the SketchUp home page...

Thanks.........garystanFrom what I remember it has the same and more.
You can install 2017 Make, which is free, alongside SU 8, so you do not have to remove SU 8. You can then decide which is best. I highly recommend that you download and install SU 2017 Make and get used to the newer UI, and I suspect you will enjoy it. -
There have been numerous bug fixes and improvements between SketchUp 8 and SketchUp Make 2017. Among these are changes in the Ruby API that may cause some plugins/extensions to fail. But any plugin author who is still active will have updated their code to handle the changes, so it is not usual to be unable to find a plugin revision that will work in 2017. In fact, it is becoming more common to find extensions that the authors no longer support SU 8 due to these changes!

Commercial work requires a license of SketchUp Pro (desktop) or subscribing SketchUp Shop (browser).

...also "pay"-plugins like Skatter or SubD run unrestricted on 2017 Make
