Objects in Groups Suddenly Hidden

So suddenly in my model, on all the 10+ Scenes I set up, most everything is hidden and I have to go into each of the groups and do a Unhide All to see them,
for instance this is a simple elevation Scene I just exported a image from, now if I go back to that Scene, the posts, beams and rafters are Hidden, so what the heck? I didn't Hide anything.

Did you update the scene after you unhid those items?

Yeah of course but how did all those things in the different groups get hidden? I didn't open up each group and hide the things in it.

Are you using Hide to make things invisible instead of using Layers?

No I didn't hide any of those objects inside of the groups Dave.

Are these things actually 'hidden', or do they have some 'off' [aka 'hidden'] layer[s] assigned to them ?
To see if they are hidden use View > Hidden Geometry > ON...
Otherwise, check the layer settings...
Check which layers the vanishing objects might have assigned...Obviously, SketchUp should not be deciding to make somethings 'hidden' [in either sense] in an unexpected way...
I'm sure we can find the culprit...
