Can´t install SkUp2017 Make

Try to install SkUp2017 Make on a friend's computer. Somehow I constantly hang on this error message and I have no idea what I should do to complete the setup now - does any of you have an idea?
(running Windows 8.1)

Does the install.log file mentioned in the last paragraph not shed any more light on this either?
Also, I assume you did right-click > run as administrator when installing?

I ran the setup as administrator.
Unfortunately I can not grasp the logfile information and do not know what and how to do now...
(I am extremely awkward and also a bit stupid with this entire windows update thing, which luckily runs perfectly and automatically on my own machines) -
Done !
I have never experienced a computer of this age which had´nt had any updates so far - this thing is now - after a few hours - completely updated and everything runs fine

If installing SketchUp using "Run as administrator" doesn't work for you...
You might need to manually install the files it's choking on in the error message...
That is Microsoft.NET framework 4.5.2 or better [64 & 32 bit]
Which should include C++ libs 14 ?Download it separately and install it...
