Testing the water as to how low can I go. Two floors each 16' X 10' with yacht steps between.

      Ground floor.

It is a treeline outside the building. For some reason the glass has refracted the hdri backplate, it does this from some angles. I will be trying other glass types.

Ta mate, the reflection in the window is proving a pita to deal with.

I have just checked the glass finish and I used the wrong glass - common finish. Mea culpa.

              Correct glass finish.

Looking good Mike πŸ‘ . One small question though, if we're on the upper floor why does the grass outside look like it's on the same level ?

Thanks, the hdri thing, I set the render going and went off to do something else, I should have used a generic sky hdri with a background allowing for height of the scene. Another D'oh moment.

Have you looked at the "tiny house" movement?

Thanks, yes. I am trying to wrap my head around the shared space designs. I have used pull out sections before but not been entirely happy with the result.
