Probably a silly question, but...

Thom Thom, Hi!
I just purchased Sub and Vertex Tools both, and received my license key for both. IS there somewhere I need to enter that license key? I ask because after installation, I was not prompted for anything, and this seems different from most licensed software, which begins clamoring for a key ffrom the moment it's installed.Great plugins, by the way. Thank you for the wonderful contributions to SU that you've made over the years, and the wonderful software!

If you go to the Tools menu for Vertex tools and the Extension menu for SUbD you will find both have a submenu item 'license...' under their relevant listings, which allows you to add or remove your license.

Thanks, Box! Greatly appreciated, my friend. I knew I was missing something that was right in front of me. I guess that's what happens working two weeks straight.
Anyway, thanks, and answer accepted!

Slow to the party here. Thank you Box for helping out.
VT and SUbD won't prompt you for a license until the trial period is over. I didn't want to nag users with that boring stuff.

Hello!
I have similar question - I just purchased vertex tools and SUBD, but when I try to enter license key nothing happening (extension trying to connect server). I've tried to enter evilsoftwareempire.com , but it doesn't work too. Maybe you know how can I activate both extensions
Thank you for you answer! -
Hi, I realise this is nearly two months old. Did you get it worked out?
For the record this can happen if a firewall is blocking SketchUp. I've also heard from some users in Russia and other countries where there has been big ranged of IPs blocked that impacted the license activation. In these cases the users worked around it by using VPN.
