Artisan Plugin

I'm having this strange issue with my model. It seems like Artisan tool is locked so I cannot alter my terrain. But if I open a second SU model, the Artisan tool works perfectly. Did I press something to lock out the Artisan tool?

What do you mean locked out?

Couple things to check.
- Make sure nothing is selected or else Artisan will use it as a 'mask' and your tools will only affect the selected edges / faces.
- Make sure you are not trying to use the Artisan tools on a group or component. First double-click to edit the group so you can select individual faces. Then the tools should work.
If you're terrain is actually 'locked' (red when selected), right click and select unlock. But this is a SketchUp feature, not related to Artisan
