      Plugin Name:: PanoScene
      Version:: 1.0.0
      Date:: 7/20/2013
      Cost:: Free[/pre:to4637uw]

      PanoScene

      Create panoramic scenes so that you can then export them and use image stitching software to merge them. To make it easier to export scene I recommend using another plugin called [SUCh v1.0.2.]

          Not sure what zenith or nadir is...can you post some example image links? Since I don't even know what they are its unlikely they can be done with this plugin but will certainly give it a try for next update.

            Zenith = the highest point
            Nadir = the lowest point

            Presumably in this context, meaning the 'top looking down' and the' bottom looking up', respectively ?

              I kinda get it now... Right now there is only control over the X,Y degrees but maybe for next version a Z degrees control can be added as well.

              Note: here is a video that mentions zenith and nadir shots...

              Here is a pretty cool example of the capabilities of Pano2VR (Not Panoscene).

              Here is also a video intro of Pano2VR which is pretty cool!

              Lots of cool ideas in that last video that would be cool to implement! 👍

                Sorry, Zenith is directly above and Nadir is directly below. So imagine taking a photo looking directly up and then directly down, respectively.

                This means you can make full 360 degree panoramas if you include it. Although you may need to to take a couple of nadir and zenith shots because we don't have a fisheye lens in sketchup. Normally I only need to to take 1 zenith and 1 nadir with a fisheye. 👍

                  I wonder if merging multiple nadir and zenith shot will work the same as 1 shot with fisheye lens.

                    Yes it works, this is how you make a pano without a fisheye. I think you may need 3 nadir shots and 3 zenith shots to compensate.

                      Not tried it yet, but reminds me of cubicpanoout, which creates 6 scenes for a cubic panorama projection...

                        I don't understand how to operate this. It just creates two scenes (Default and a_-180░) then does nothing.
