    2016-2 memory hogging again

      2016-1 was reasonably faster with bigger files, but after 2016-2 memorycounts of 70 GB, 99,8% cpu and supersloooow sketchup is back. What went wrong and how to remedy this? Anyone ideas?

        Are you using a 3D Connexion device? If so, update the drivers. They have been known to cause this memory hogging thing.

          There was also an issue with an early build of Skatter that caused memory usage to spike. But I maybe incorrect about that.
