Strange error message

Hi!
I'm getting this error message in Windows when for example opening the calculator or trying to access printer settings.
I've concluded that it only appears if SketchUp is started.
Does anyone know what to do and why it happens?
It don't make sense that a ruby dll has anything to do with the calculator or printer settings.I'm on SU 2016 on Windows 7.
Translation: The program could not be started because....is missing on the computer.
try fixing the problem by reinstalling the program. -
Probably you have run AmbientOcclusion. I got a similar error in photoshop64, would not start because missing ruby dll. Restart pc without using AmbientOcclusion first worked.
Fortunately i had not bought it yet so I uninstalled it. -
No i havnt run ambient occlusion.

Is the file named "x64-msvcrt-ruby200.dll" in the 'SketchUp 2016' folder ?
It is installed with newer SketchUp's using Ruby 2 - like 2015 and 2016... -
Don't know why this has happened but a reinstall of SU might have fixed it. We'll see...
