PROBLEM WITH OUTPUT RENDERING-CAN'T CHANGE IT

I'm a beginner in Vray for Sketchup. I'm trying to save my render in a higher quality but I can't and I need it for tomorrow.
I read in many websites that I should just change the size in the output option, but I can't understand why I cannot change it and it's making me crazy.
I attached the screen shoots of my problem. When I set 800x600, it generates a render of 533x400 and when I set the biggest option size, it generates a render of 600x337.
I maybe do something wrong but I don't know what's the problem. Could anyone please help me??

Check if you have OVERRIDE VIEWPORT checkbox ticked, otherwise you are limited to what appears in your screen no matter the size you input. Also make sure your Pixel Aspect Ratio is checked to 1.

Looks like you've got the demo version. This doesn't render larger...
So for bigger output (and losing the watermark) you have to buy it.Regards,
