Hi everybody :
I was looking at the rendering plugins for Sketchup 8. But, they're all in .rbz format. Whenever I download a plugin, Sketchup either can't find it, or Sketchup won't accept it. Why aren't these downloads in a .zip format ? garystan -
rename the .rbz to .zip

Have you tried, Preferences > Extensions > Install Extension... button
Choose the RBZ, answer 'Yes'... and it installs...You question thus far is not clear.
Rich's RBZ >>> ZIP only allows you to see the contents.
BUT the RBZ format has been a round since v8M2 and lets you install the contents automatically - thus avoiding user-generated-balls-ups...
