How did you make the leaves on the rectangular hedge? I've tried to make something similar with the Fur plugin, but I failed.

hello brassica sorry for the late reply.

I used fur plugin. If you break the hedge up into more regular mesh then the results will be better.

These are quite dated now (and my "mesh" skills have improved much since then lol) ; I have much better ones in the Podium Browser if you need a load more.
