Problem with components

Hello, i was using sketchup 2014 and suddenly when i make a row of columns into a component, when i pull one column nothing happens with the other columns. What is this? i have tried everything. It doesn't change even when i make a new file.
Is this a bug or is it on my settings?Thanks!

Can you post an example SKP ?
If you make the Component AFTER placing copies of something similar [e.g. Geometry OR Groups] it won't work.
Make the Component then place it... -

You make a row of components or a row into components? You should follow TIGs suggestion...

Sounds like you made a component of a "row" of columns, instead of making a row from a single column component. Make a column into a component then make your row. Then when you edit one instance of the column component all the columns in the row can change.
