Great renders! I imagined something more modest but if that is your garden, that would be a small office.

        Hi Mike
What a view out of the window!!! - If this is your office, I am really very envious! πŸ’š

Since the background image is a nighttime picture, it would be good if you could reduce your global illumination for a lower and less uniform lighting and add some spotlights for example. Also the monitor screen could be used as a light source, in order to emphasize your "Deadlines and a cup of coffee" concept, which is a good setting idea! A nightly light mood would support this idea even better...

PS: the aircraft on the left picture is the DO X - a childhood memory, this thing I have glued together as a kit from Revell lightyears ago πŸ˜’

I have used night lighting and that is IT for globals, a bit of finessing may be an idea though, thanks for that. The monitor IS being used as a light source, I may reduce the desk light (out of shot) a bit to soften the light from that direction. The DO X is one of the aircraft I was fascinated in when I was a boy, how COULD something that big, with so little power, get off the water?????

No, NOT my office, mine is a far humbler 6' X 8' and just about holds the desk and computers. Thanks PB, appreciated.

            i like it.

what is the light on the floor bottom right? looks like sunlight but scene says nighttime.

does renditioner do images as emitters? the monitor screen should be casting some light,

Thanks Rich, the odd light area comes from (I think) the desk light reflecting off the bookcase on the right side. The monitor is an emitter but Renditioner does not allow adjustment of emitter surfaces, I will play with light types, like a spot with low power and a wide beam directed over the shoulder of the camera set point

Paper models make plastic types look exorbitantly expensive hence this of the DO X.

With the light averaging in Renditioner I think I have reached the limit of adjustment. In PSE I got this, could go further but as with anything PSE there is a certain magic in the madness and I just do not have that switched on yet.

                  Photoshopped for a darker scene.
