What determines the component library selected in component browser upon opening SU?

I think this is last componant file used before sketchup closes and is global.

It is the last used Component Library Folder.
It's probably in the PC's Registry asHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SketchUp\SketchUp 2015\UserLibrariesComponentBrowser1
Entry #1 etc ? -
