first impression, nice and clean site. +1 on lose the hoodie

Great job! Like the red and the star logo. Good luck with this Rich.
If I changed anything... The first page banner is large. On my large screen the links below are partially on screen. On my 15" the intro (red) banner does not fit. Would be nice to have a composed first screen for average size screens. Actually I like the mechanics. Maybe a large down arrow (click to flip down to next section) floating in the lower right might make it easier to understand.
Also I prefer gallery views that aren't browser windows. (This one has two different style close buttons--and I still tend to close the browser window, which loses the site).
Keep it up!

You need a like or share button for Facebook. You know you want to.

The menu scrolls to each section. Give it a shot. Not sure if it works on Mac?
On mobile devices the site scales down to have a ' back to top' arrow.
I appreciate all the feedback. I really do.
All being noted down and most will change

I ain't on Facebook. That ain't gonna change anytime soon.

A clean site and decently operable too, the content you mentioned but not too much clutter and you should be fine, mho of curse. With you on the facebook twitter thing. Yeuch.
-
yeah I was just winding him up as Rich seems to be anti facebook!
-
Works fine on all counts on my mac. Have you tested it on a phone?
-
Yes, iPhone only.
-
clean and uncluttered, which puts across the ability to communicate efficiently- but is there a typo under the spaceship picture? Should it read Thea Render?
-
Works on Android, various browsers, but keep an eye on sizing.
-
Spaceship?!
-
yes....Assassin?!
-
Cool angle!

i think some of the wording on a few of the images may be too 'weak'.
"this is an exercise"... "here's an experiment" etc..
in contrast, the wording on the chair.. "client asked and i delivered" is stronger..with the golf course, i'm not really sure what you mean by "some retopo".. pretty sure a potential client won't either.
the low-poly example "Loosing Grip".. that's supposed to say "Losing Grip", right?
that's what i got for now.
-
might not be possible... might be too size heavy to pull off. But I had an idea that the red/yellow/blue slices could have a rendering behind them. overlaid in the color, ghosting through it. perhaps a clay model type. The types of views of that Assassin shot (which is fantastic btw). the width of the page.
kinda like this? maybe?

@Rich, that's Minas Tirith from the Lord of the Rings.

It's stunning whatever it is.
-
Sorry, I thought that was Rich's... You get the point though.
