Surface from Curved Contours Issue

Hello Eveyone !
First of all I want to congragulate all of you for making this fantastic forum !
I need your help to make a sofa with no angle in it following this steps :
1- Make a cube
2- Delete all faces, 2 coplanar horizontal edges and keep only 2 vertical edges.
3- Transform it in a round angles polyline with an offset of 25 cm.
4- Generate "skin" or "mesh" from this contour.This last step is an issue, I tried to do it with "Make faces", "Skin Soap and Bubble", "Curviloft" and "Add faces" but none of them works
.How could I do it ?
