I am unable to aquire the sketchucation tools download.

Basically I am not being allowed to log in. Have I missed something in translation? Is there yet another set of logins to enter the plugin store or is it me?

The two parts of the site do need separate logins BUT you should be remembered once you have logged in once to each...
If you haven't access the PluginStore for a long time your details might get 'forgotten', requiring another login - but NOT every visit ??

The top-bar allows you to login, and shows who you are currently logged in as.

I only need one account, I am unable to log in because I am told I have no account but, I cannot create an account because it already exists. Catch 22 situation. Can somebody tell me why this problem occurs please?

You really need to better explain what it is that is causing an issue?

Can you confirm that it is the PlugnStore within SketchUp you are unable to log into?

Are you using the correct password? is caps lock on? is num lock on? have you tried clearing the browser cache? Have you tried resetting your password? ie clicking the link for forgotten password. Can you log in and out of sketchucation itself or is it doing that automatically for you and perhaps using a different password from the one you think it is.

The original image and this last image are completely different forms.

One is your account settings and the other is a login form.

It does beg the question that if you are unable to login then how are you posting here?

The site and forums are different beasts and we bridge accounts across each.

Our logs show you last logged into the site in May.

I can reset your password but i need your permission to do that.

The problem I have is that I can log in here with no problem, its a bit of a head mess when the account details should be the same but one side of the 'shop' will not let me in. Not aware of a reason where changing the password would help when it works for the forum.

Never mind, for some reason I am now able to log in. I did reset my password to the same one but I am up and running now, thanks for going through this with me.
