Models in SketchUp not showing in V-Ray Render

hi, I find the following problem when I render my project in V-Ray in SketchUp.
- Nearly all furniture models can not be rendered.
The image attached showes what I get in rendering
.Can someone give me a hand to solve this problem?

do you have a screenshot from SU's viewport so we could compare the two?

What version of Vray are you using? I know in the past there was issues similar to this.

the problems can be caused by texture of the models you imported. maybe the naming is bad and make sure don't import very heavy models. vray sketchup and sketchup just can't handle them very well.
