Google support

If you have a Google[+] account you should then know your account-name and its password.
Use this to login to Trimble EWHouse...What is the problem exactly
-
I am not making myself clear. I cannot log into google, or sign into SU because they say that the username and password I am showing is incorrect. In order to change my username, I have to know the account name. Since they are telling me that what I have is incorrect, I cannot proceed with changing anything. And, it will not accept the security answers that I have. I am just trying to find a phone number of some kind of customer support..

It's easy to create a new Google account - completely outside of SketchUp...
Them use its details to log into the EWH ??? -
I did that and I still cannot sign in to the EW or 3D warehouse. It keeps telling me that "no internet connection found" This seemed to first occur when I updated to Make 2014. Not sure exactly. I do have a internet connection though...

If you didn't have an internet connection it would be a pretty fancy trick to be posting here on SCF.
This came up not too long ago for someone else. Unfortunately I can't remember what the solution was. It either required bringing Internet Explorer up to date or at least clearing the cache and temporary internet files. I'll poke around and see if I can find out what it is that caused it.

Yes... a good first step is to ensure you have an up to date version of Internet-Explorer, and to open IE and completely clear its cache [Safety > Delete Browsing History ?] before retrying the EWH link...
SketchUp on PC always uses IE to connect to the Internet, irrespective of your day-to-day default browser. -
OK, I have updated internet explorer and cleared the cache.. No go. I still get the same message..

Hi Jerry, I've seen this before. The user told me that resetting IE proxy settings fixed them up. Try going to this page and following the instructions. The instruction are from Microsoft, not SketchUp. I don't really understand what is going on with IE and proxies and such. This was just what the other user had figured out, and it worked for them..

Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks,
Chris

Thanks for you help, but I have hit a dead end. I have done all the suggested things, talked with Microsoft, the only company I could actually talk to, left messages at trimble, of which none on them have been replied to, uninstalled and re installed and do not know what else to try. Microsoft said that it must be a sketch up problem since IE works fine on its own. Hopefully, I will eventually hear something back from sketch up.

Maybe try google chrome or firefox to see if they give you the connection you need then sign in with new google account.
