Bottom?
-
This might seem like a silly question but in standard views there are ISO, top, front, right, back, and left. what happened to the bottom? Is there a way to make a custom standard view called bottom? I know that bottom sounds absurd to people who model buildings (and for that purpose it is) but it would be really handy for those of us who make engineering parts with features on all sides of our objects. Any help would be awesome.
Thanks

Sketchup.send_action("viewBottom:")
Camera > Standard Views > Bottom
Just not on the toolbar... -

+1 - I have to do this a lot also. Yes, I know you can get there through the menu (as TIG pointed out) but I would like this as well. Do not understand why all of the views are there but this one.

You might try orbiting to your desired bottom view and creating a scene tab. You can also go into model info and and un-check the animation box so you don't have to watch the transition.
