        Except it doesn't really follow the definition of "uninstall." For most users it's not important. As someone who spend a lot of time in my Plugins folder, it would be nicer if the disabled and uninstalled .rb files were moved into sub-folders rather than having their file extensions renamed. It would unclutter my file browser. This is a request not a complaint.

        Hi

          Sneaky (being graphically inclined I was expecting a tab), but very glad it's there. Thank you.
          But also agree with Jim, so add me as a +1.

            Unrelated to Bob's question but it is a request thread so not a bad spot to add it.
            Now that you are working on Bundles is it in any way feasible to add the UI to the bundle.
            I wonder if it is possible to have a plugin that can export all your toolbar positions and shortcut settings etc so that can be added to the bundle.
            True syncing, so you don't have to reorganise your toolbars on each new setup. It would make a great teaching aid knowing your student had the same layout as you.

              We debated a toolbar button but decided that putting an uninstall feature so prominently wasn't needed.

              As per Jim's idea....

              We'll investigate.

                @Box

                That's a good idea.

                Added to the investigate list.

                Currently we are close to finishing 3.0 which has a more please UI.

                Also the plugin upload area is getting an overhaul to reflect the API, stats and other developer goodies planned.

                This hopefully will be previewed mid April.

                  is that even possible? personally, i sync my shortcuts, plugins, materials, and styles via dropbox & symbolic links but syncing the workspace poses some problems due to differing screen resolutions.

                    Hi, Rich:
                    Are you guys considering refinement of the Category search(filter?) in the new version? The listed categories seem too broad, where a particular plugin gets listed in multiple categories, but is probably more one thing than another. Does this make any sense?

                      @Tim

                      We are looking at adding some type of tagging system that Authors can input dedicated sub categories of their choosing.
