How to search old posts
-
I know for a fact that a dashed line plugin was discussed by myself and a moderator, or another guest, recently. it was a sub-topic to the main topic at that began the thread. but when I enter key words from that discussion into the search utility, I come up blank. are old posts automatically deleted or only available to paid subscribers?

Nothing is deleted. You can look at your own posts by using the "your posts" feature.

Only using one user identity would help you keep track of things.

I would be happy to delete one account as soon as I figure out how. (I incorrectly thought the home pc and the work pc would need separate accounts.)

When you are on the PC that has the user name you don't want to use, go to the top right corner of the page and click the button with the red circle next to your user name. This will log you out of the site. Then click the same area which will now say log in or words to that effect and log in as the user that you want to keep, and tic the remember me box.
The other account doesn't get deleted but you should now appear as the same person on both computers. -
do you have a 3rd acct? if so, maybe it's this thread?
