Here is a video where you see how I cut angled corners onto the different pieces. (Do not try this at home actualy. I am not following the safety instructions closely).

Quite job... I was thinking that this must be done with laser cutting

All the peices are done with lasercutting, but I have done the angled corners with the saw.

Did you use layout to arrange the pieces for the laser cutter?

When I did my MA, I used Illustrator to do the same thing but then had to eps it. As the driver only worked through Corel Draw.
