Vray render problem
-
Hello,
Recently i started noticing changes in my renderings,i am getting these spots and i have no clue how to deal with them.I looked through most of the topics here and still could not figure out a way in dealing with the same.Could this be a hardware issue, but then i tried on 2 different systems.
Would sincerely appreciate your help.

What version of V-Ray? How are those lights setup? Are they rectangular lights or an emitter material?

try upping the subdivs:
Subdivs - this value controls the number of samples V-Ray takes to compute lighting. Lower values mean more noisy results, but will render faster. Higher values produce smoother results but take more time. Note that the actual number of samples also depends on the DMC Sampler settings. -
If you want to do a quick and test and get better results, I would suggest just increase the global subdivs under the DMC sampler. This will multiply all sudvis if you model by this number. It will increase render times though. Start off by trying 1.5 and then maybe go as high as 2.5 or 3.

you tried upping the light subdivs?

Yeah, do as Devin suggests and try the light subdivs first. The other thing is that you are 1.48 which is a pretty outdated version. Not sure if this would change things, but I would consider the upgrade to 2.0
