I not could open software google SketchUp -
From this we can deduce that you had a "Bugsplat".
Otherwise your posted screen-shot conveys little useful detail.
It might be related to some Plugins you have recently installed - perhaps incorrectly...
Try 'disabling' their .rb files by moving them out of the Plugins folder temporarily and trying to restart SketchUp.
If it works try reinstalling the Plugins from the original source files.
If all else fails try reinstalling SketchUp from scratch too...
A screen-shot showing the contents of the Plugins folder might help us help you... -

Why are you still using Google SketchUp?
What error message are you getting?
Since Joint Push/Pull does work with SketchUp 8, it sounds like you may have an installation error.
