      How can I make a reflection layer transparent?

      I want to make a window, I add a color material then lower difuse transperncy to have opacity BUT when I add an reflective layer it lose transperncy

      also..

      whats the main diference in reflection,refraction and emisive?

          For the best glass, I would make all of your window glass with a thickness. Say 1/4" then for material, make it 100% transparent with black color in SU. Then in VR add a reflection layer and add Fresnel to the texture slot. Make a refraction layer (use defaults). If you want glass to have some color, change the refraction color. You can also use Fog, but I always get what a need from fraction color on planar glass. Fog is good for sculptural glass.
