License problem

can here anyone help me!
vray for sketchup worked great until yesterday.
now I get the following message:You do not have a valid license file for V-Ray for Sketchup.
Please close Sketchup and run the License Configuration Wizard.I have tried to enter the license number.
I uninstalled the dr spawner on the second computer.
I also reinstalled vray on the first computer.
if you want to enter the series number I get the following message:that serial number has been used as a master number on another server.
But this is my master computer and not the second computer.what should I do?
did any of you have this problem?
maybe someone can help me out of here.many thanks for the help.
