At least once a week SU asks me to update to a newer version despite me being on version 8.0.4810 any reason for this?

Reason being that is the M1 release, the latest is M2 - 8.0.11751 (8.0.11752 on Windows)

Did you try installing the updated version it's telling you about? By the way, why don't you update your profile. It says you're still using 7.1.
