I used Draw Helix and Shape Bender plugins.

Fredo's tools are too robust for seat-of-the-pants guy like me, but I think draw helix and curviloft is an easy way, even if I did it wrong.

It took me quite awhile, but for now, properly executed. Draw helix, Chris' perp face, curviloft.
