You haven't given anyone enough information to be able to help you. What rendering application are you using? Does this have anything at all to do with SketchUp? Do you have at least some screen shots you can post?

If you want help you have to make it possible for us to help you.

Well, now that we know this is a question about using V-ray, I've moved your post to the V-ray forum where you're more likely to get a useful answer.

first off all, put your file in the message because then people can take a look at the file.

But before that, do the following actions

            1. save the file
            2. restart sketchup and open the file
            3. purge unused materials in SU and in the material editor from V-ray
            4. Check if all the material used in the file is available on the disk
            5. Render again.

In think the render will have no problem at all.

Please let me know, and perhaps an screen print 😒

Sounds like you are trying to render a heavy model file. I agree that saving and restarting SU will probably help. I have found that with these issues, VRay clears reflections and some alpha map settings when you get this error. You should go through your materials list and verify that this has not happened, the re-render.
