      My SketchUp startup is now over a minute. I know there was info on deleting registry stuff and reloading toolbars etc.

      I don't use a lot plugins but I turn toolbars off and on alot so this I think affects the startup because I save these toolbar layouts frequently. πŸ˜’

          Steps to clean reg
          Run regedit.exe.

          Export SketchUp8.reg then delete SketchUp8 key name.

          Load SketchUp8.reg to Wordpad.
          Delete all ToolbarsUser-Bar informtion and also the ToolbarsUserCustom-Bar too. (may be a 1000) then save as sys clear.reg
          Before deleting________________________After deleting

          Run the sys clear.reg ( when you need to fix reg again just delete SketchUp8 key name and run sys clear.reg).

          Steps to use less men :
          When you want a plugin use ruby console loader.
          Use the autoloader.rb to load rbs

          This should loaded in 2 sec. with 72,134k of ram mem sketchup 8 free M2
