Mike,
I have contemplated doing one, however with the amount of SU books out at the moment it looks like everything has been covered over and over again.

How about SketchUp and rendering?

Pete, there is always room for good books. The idea behind Mini Publications is that they would be short, easy to read / understand and low cost. I find that many of what is out there at present is too comprehensive.
Many people these days aren't even willing to read long instructions ..... they want bullet points. I suppose the reason is because we are bombarded with info these days and just want to get to the core issue / matter to be learned.
Of course a group of Mini Publications could build into a linked collection which is essence would be the equivalent of a (many page) book!
The idea is to have MPs that are small bite sizes that will appeal to readers / learners.

I have a book on rendering planned.
Well that's taken care of.
I'll stick to what I do, writting is not one of them, however I have done a couple of reviews lately which are about to be published.

You bow out easily Pete! I'd love to see a book by you on rendering, because my book would be quite basic. You could do a master's guide to rendering in SketchUp. The trick with making books is to make them better than the previous efforts, even if the subject has already been done to death.

I'm surprised that tfdesign is not in the "Top SketchUcators" group.
I wholeheartedly support teaching kids SketchUp! Great work!

Thanks guys! I'm both flattered and deeply honoured!
