I want to render a front elevation of a building that fits on a scale of 1:200 on an A1 size sheet. How can I do it?

The renderings are only to pixel dimensions. If you know how wide your image is, you can calculate how many pixels per paper unit you need, depending on your print size. Otherwise, I would print out a wireframe PDF from sketchup to scale and just match the size of your rendering to the view on the page.

Also you need to set your field of view to 1. You wont be able to rendering a true elevation with vray but a FOV of 1 is not noticeable as a perspective.
