While Creating Scenes, I am attempting to view the plan view of a roof plane. Is there a way to select the face of a roof and view it as the flat plane?

Under the 'View' menu there is a option called Paralell projection. try that

Could you give more detail as to what your roof looks like?
There's a standard Top view that you can select. You could also select a face, right click and choose Align View. As Toby mentions, you can set the camera to Parallel Projection if needed.
-
And once you are in parallel view you can right click on a face and "Align View"

Align View did the trick, Thanks.
There will be less questions as I continue to learn.

Do I hear an echo?
Darren, no worries on asking questions. That's a big part of keeping this place going.

Didn't noticed you answered before. You were faster typing, because I'm sure your post wasn't there when I wrote mine.
