Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing problems with the display of images at 3D Warehouse. Up until a few days ago, if I clicked on a model it would display the image and/or the 3D view. Now all I get is the red X. I have double checked the IE settings and the Show Images is checked. If I go to Google Images, everything I click on displays as usual. Any thoughts or suggestions.

Nothing is worthless, it can always be used as a bad example.

Works fine for me on FireFox 4 and IE9.

There's definitely something going on (maybe only with newly uploaded models?) as I have read several related topics in the Help Forums. If it's a Warehouse issue only, I guess the development team will soon have a global solution.

I've had the same problem since installing IE9 (although there isn't a problem when accessing the warehouse via Sketchup).

Having resolved similar problems with other sites, I thought I'd try the same technique with the 3Dwarehouse - and it works.

Basically it appears to a be an issue with cookies. If you visit the 3Dwarehouse and temporarily set your browser to accept all cookies, you should find that you can view the model images and 3D views.

Obviously once the site is working you can revert back to your previous security settings.

Thanks Heiru. The temporary accept all cookies fixed the problem. I immediately raised the security to the highest level and everything displayed normally. I had not deleted any cookies lately so it would seem that 3D Warehouse, for some reason, needed to place a cookie that would otherwise be rejected if you had anything other than accept all set.

Obviously there are some drawbacks to being super vigilant and not wanting your computer clogged up with unwanted cookies ๐Ÿ˜‰
