Great work!

My favorite so far. Excellent, so inviting.

John,
Where do you get your textures? All yours renders have a certain similarity in the texture styling.

Great storytelling with the composition. It strikes me with a sense of curiosity and intrigue. One of my favorite architectural renders on this forum to date.

Excellent details and textures!

Thank you all for your comments.
Pete, that means a great deal coming from you.
Rich, the textures are all standard, not sure how most people work but I sort my textures into a file first, then take them through PS. The brick above was Yellow! and it saves so much time in PP.
Adam, You've got me blushing!

Excellent image, once again
I notice on close inspection that the ironwork in the fence and gate has very clean edges. This is not necessarily a negative thing. I think it helps to sharpen the whole scene, in my opinion. -
Agreed, a great visual story. I think your enjoyment of the whole process shows.
Cheers
