Maybe this? ๐Ÿ˜• I'm not sure, I don't use CAD. It's pretty expensive for what it does. Maybe someone with more experience can help you out more than I can though. There is a ten day trial you could try.

Here is a Obj , and a Dxf exporter. As I recall, the Dxf exporter will not do blocks, layers, and materials. But all the geometry will export. Also look here for comparison.

If by "CAD" is meant AutoCad, the only relevant 3D file formats that AutoCad can import are FBX, 3DS and AutoCad's own DWG and DXF formats. SketchUp Pro can export to all of these, but for the Free version you must find an intermediary application. It seems Blender might be the one (it's free) as according to their website it supports collada (the format exported by SU Free), FBX, 3DS and DXF.

Sorry about the alphabet soup... ๐Ÿ˜„

Sketchup exports/imports Collada files [KMZ/DAE] and SKP [obviously], and of course various image formats in/out too.

There are several extra file formats supported only by Pro
Export OBJ, DWG/DXF [2d/3d versions], 3DS, FBX etc
            Import DWG/DXF, 3DS, DEM/DDF, WRL, XSI etc

There are also some additional 3rd party importers available for all versions like OBJ, DXF, DXFtext etc...

There are also other [often free] applications [like Blender] that can convert other file formats into something suitable for importing into Sketchup...

It depends what you want to do !?
