Offsetting Existing Faces Within a Building?
-
Is it possible to offset an existing wall? I have the exterior done and I also want to do some work in the interior but I did not offset the walls in the beginning because I used the match new photo method. The building has 2 stories and I want to create interior faces. Is it too late or is there a known method to solve this? Thanks in advance.

A simple 'PushPull' will 'offset' a face by the amount you either pick-to OR type-in.
To make multiple faces offset in one go you could try JointPushPull script... -
I think I have it sorted. I selected one floor at a time (the bottom of each room) and did an offset. I then selected the middle sections and Push/pulled them up. I now have thick walls to work with.Thanks.
