But you can not know which shortcuts are available.

Go to window-Preferences-Shortcuts, click export.
Save this Peferences.dat file on a convenient place
Open this file with a text editor
It shows your preferences and shortcuts.
You can even edit and import it again.
Or use it on an other machine

I think Bagatelo's point is to identify which keys aren't not yet assigned as shortcuts?

Yes, there are some errors in that table. I'm working on a new version. Wait a few days.
