Hy, I installed some plugins and I noticed this icon:
What is this?

I saw that too, believe that it toggles the shadow strings fix that fixes the shadow bug.

I did not had that bug. Is it a plugin, or a SketchUp default icon?

Its a native toolbar in the some of the latest releases.

I don't use the shadows too often but the bug bothered lots of people.

Yes, when they fixed the Shadow bug they found cases, particular to nVidia card, where you might get some shadow artefacts some times. Toggling this button allows you to toggle a fix for this artefact.

You don't get tooltips if another window, including the toolwindows, has focus. Ensure the SketchUp window has focus when hovering over the buttons and you should get the tooltip.
