How to join to groups

Theres a way to join two groups of entities in SKU , i create two groups , but now i want to join them and have one group only for modify them.
any help i will aprecciate thanks

Several ways...

Select the 2 groups [Note that you use Select+Ctrl to add to a Selection if they are difficult to select together]
Then right-click context-menu 'Group'.
Edit that new group.
Select the two groups that are now inside it.
Use right-click context-menu 'Explode'.
The groups' contents are now inside the new group.
If pre-Exploding the 2 Groups won't clash with other geometry Select the 2 groups and Explode.
All of the contents remain Selected, immediately right-click context-menu 'Group' and combine them into a new group.
Select one group and Edit it.
Edit > Select All and use Edit > Cut to move the contents to the clipboard.
Exit the Edit [the group will vanish as it's now empty].
Select the second group and Edit it.
Use Edit > Paste_in_Place and the contents are moved off the clipboard into the open group.
You have now combined all two groups' entities into the one group.

Note that you can also use the Outliner to Select the groups if they are named in away that makes them easy to find...

This way may be a bit easier.

Select one group and clipboard copy it. You can now delete it if you wish.

Select the other group and edit it. Do a Paste in Place, NOT a paste.
This will put the group in the exact place it was but inside the other group.

Now you can either explode the pasted group, which will merge the 2 geometries, or just leave it as a separate but nested group.
