    Hey All

I was browsing through the component warehouse bringing in various things to test

Next thing I know my materials pallet is filled to the brim of materials that aren't even being used in the model anymore (deleted all of the components from the warehouse)

The materials window must be overloaded because if I right click on a material, the box doesn't pop up for maybe 10-20 seconds.

I tried doing the purged unused, but nothing happens.

    Any suggestions?

Well, there is an easier way. Before you can purge unused materials, you have to purge unused components. Otherwise those materials are still in use.

If you use my Purge tool it lets you purge just the class[es] of objects you want to - if you select all of the classes it will then remove unused components first before thinking about removing unused materials and thereby they will all go too as by then they are no longer used... 😉

Good point. I have a keyboard shortcut for your PurgeAll and use it frequently. I should have mentioned it but I wrote that at 4:25 am before my coffee was even brewed. 😳
